Question 1

Are your products original?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We are an authorized retailer of officially licensed Adidas, New Balance, On and Puma footwear and apparel. Every pair is an original, first-release product and ships in its original box or packaging.

Question 2

How does the free size exchange work?

Accepted Answer

Every order includes one free size exchange. Email us within 30 days of delivery, and we'll send a prepaid return label. Once the unworn pair arrives back in its original, undamaged box, we ship your new size.

Question 3

How long does shipping take?

Accepted Answer

Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery takes 5-8 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Question 4

How do I pick the right size?

Accepted Answer

Check the Size Guide on any product page. It includes US, EU, UK, and CM conversions for Adidas, New Balance, On and Puma, which size differently. Unisex styles are listed in men's sizing. If in doubt, order your usual size: the first exchange is free.

Question 5

Can I return a pair instead of exchanging it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Unworn items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping is deducted from the refund unless the item is defective or the error is ours.

Question 6

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Question 7

Why are your prices at retail when other sites charge more?

Accepted Answer

Because we buy as an authorized retailer, not on the resale market. That's the point of the store: original pairs at the price the brand set.

Question 8

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use it on the carrier's website to follow delivery.

Question 9

Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

We currently ship within the United States only.

Question 10

How do I contact customer support?

Accepted Answer

Email us at support@orabellaco.com. We respond within 24 hours on business days.
